 Hey Beauties! Time to catch up! When covid hit, Beauty & Barbells started virtual and private invite-only live events. They were such a hit that even after gathering restrictions ended, we continued to do them. But we're always looking for ways to help more people live their best (and healthiest) lives so we decided it's time to get outside again. Yesterday we had our first event of the year at Gold's Gym in Willow Lawn (Richmond, VA). It could not have been a more perfect location to kickoff our We're Outside Tour since it is the home gym of owner, Stacia Tarver. It was such a great turn out, showcasing our high-performance fitness supplement line, XS Sports Nutrition.
